Cleanroom tender pack: define the test matrix before comparing bids

Prepare the same scope for every bid. Compare methods, exclusions and handover evidence before price.

Define the room register

Give each room a unique identifier and record its intended use, associated equipment and operational constraints. Ask the quality owner to confirm the classification or acceptance target for each room. One headline class is not a complete specification for a suite with different uses and pressure relationships.

Compare the test matrix

Request a room-by-room table of included tests and methods. Identify filter integrity, airflow, pressure and particle work separately rather than treating certification as a single undifferentiated visit. Confirm which results depend on the selected occupancy state and who approves that state.

Agree execution and deviations

Describe production restrictions and who can make equipment available. Ask how failed or incomplete tests are reported, whether repairs are included, and how retesting is priced. A fixed quote may still assume that all filters and rooms are accessible on the first visit.

Specify the handover

Request traceable room results, test conditions, instrument information, limitations and deviation records. Agree the report review contact and correction process. A supplier website establishes a published service description, not approval of that supplier for your facility or a guarantee of compliance.
